Composition

• Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica, folium)
• White mulberry leaf (Morus alba, folium)
• Couchgrass rhizome (Elymus) repens, rhizoma)
• Birch leaf (Betula pendula, folium)
• Black elderflower (Sambucus nigra, flos)

Action of individual ingredients

Nettle leaf (Urtica) dioica)

Supports natural diuresis and detoxification. Provides iron and vitamins, helps with fatigue. Gently supports carbohydrate metabolism.

White mulberry leaf (Morus alba)

Contains DNJ – a compound traditionally associated with limiting the absorption of sugars. Helps stabilize postprandial glucose levels. Supports the control of appetite for sweets.

Couchgrass rhizome (Elymus repens)

It has a mild diuretic and “rinsing” effect. Supports kidney function and the removal of metabolic products. Subtly supports metabolism.

Birch leaf (Betula pendula)

Strengthens the body’s natural cleansing processes. Gentle diuretic effect; supports water and electrolyte balance. Contains polyphenols with antioxidant properties.

Black elderflower (Sambucus nigra)

Supports immunity and has diaphoretic properties in infusions. It has an antioxidant effect and relieves the feeling of heaviness. Improves the taste and aroma of the mixture.

Preparation

Pour 1 teaspoon (or 1 infuser) of the mixture with hot water (approx. 200 ml, ~90–95°C). Infuse covered for about 5 minutes. Drink 1-3 times a day, depending on your needs.

Contraindications and precautions

• Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the mixture.
• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Do not use in children under 14 years of age.
