Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt — without giving any reason. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and you cover the return shipping cost.

Complaints (defective products)

• Notify us within 14 days of discovering the defect — email biuro@medycynaziolowa.pl
• Include order number, photos and a brief description of the defect
• We respond within 14 days with a resolution: replacement, repair or full refund
