MindHerba – a composition of seven traditionally used herbs
A mixture for people during periods of intense mental work
MindHerba is an original herbal composition created by herbalists and pharmacists. It combines raw materials with a long tradition in Ayurvedic, Scandinavian and European phytotherapy, including two adaptogens with approved European Medicines Agency monographs.
Composition
Aspalathus linearis, Withania somnifera, Rhodiola rosea, Lavandula angustifolia, Rosa canina, Hippophae rhamnoides, Citrus sinensis
Composition and characteristics of raw materials:
- Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis) – South African raw material, naturally caffeine-free, rich source of flavonoids.
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – a raw material with a thousand-year tradition in Ayurvedic medicine. Ashwagandha roots contain withanolides, one of the best-studied complexes of plant ingredients.
- Rhodiola rosea (Rhodiola rosea) – a raw material with an EMA monograph for traditional use. Traditionally used in Scandinavian and Eastern European phytotherapy.
- Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) – raw material with an EMA monograph. Lavender essential oils are one of the best documented aromas in European phytotherapy.
- Rosehip fruit (Rosa canina) – a natural source of vitamin C, bioflavonoids and carotenoids.
- Sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) – a rich natural source of vitamin C, flavonoids and omega-7 fatty acids.
- Orange peel (Citrus sinensis pericarpium) – aromatic raw material, natural source of citrus flavonoids.

- as a natural element of the morning or afternoon ritual.
How to use:
- Measure one teaspoon of the mixture.
- Pour hot (not boiling) water and cover and brew for 5-10 minutes.
- Drink the infusion 1-2 times a day.
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the mixture.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding (ashwagandha, Rhodiola rosea).
- Age under 18 (ashwagandha, Rhodiola).
- changes in thyroid activity, mood balance support needs – consult your doctor before use.
- Use of psychotropic, immunosuppressive or thyroid medications – consultation with a doctor is necessary.
